[SOLVED]Character data failed to be processed!

I dunno what to do.

F.Y.I

1.I did restart SkyRan many times (and yes i did both Run or not Run as admin)
2.No problem when creating new character/delete character
3.tried all Malaysia,Philippines,and U.S.A area,not worked
4.Yes,using window 7 ultimate 32bit
5.I doubt its hardware/computer problem since there's no problem like this before
6.Yes,only happened today

And yeah..
Haven't tried restart computer
Haven't tried reinstall

So what should i do?

Nevermind the problem solved.
I restarted my computer and it work like charm
